My Peace Project was very successful at the 6th Annual Arts and Music Fair at Elwood Park, Newark, New Jersey. Many people stopped by and expressed their thoughts on “What does Peace mean to you?” One artist came with his friend. The artist was kind enough to draw his artwork of a mask on my poster, which makes the poster more interesting and unique. His comment was, “Peace for All”, which reflects his artistic belief. Later on he brought his wife and daughter to write their comments.
A pregnant young lady and her friend, and the children of each of them, expressed their comments on Peace. I was so glad to capture the pictures of her and her friend while they were holding the hands of their young children to write on my Peace poster. This was the most happy moment and my reward was to see such a beautiful sight. There were many comments that made me feel good and smile, such as “Peace means for the Whole World to live as one without any hate and to only live with love.”
